Problem Statement:
You will design a yoga studio located in an upscale community. Situated in a one-story/multi tenant building, each tenant has their own front entrance off the stress. The location of the space for the yoga studio is an end unit, thus allowing natural daylight exposure on two sides and measures 60'-0" across the front and back interior and 66'-0" from the front to back interior. The front of the building faces east and the end faces north. The rear, or weat wall, will have a service door for deliveries and also serves as an emergency exit. The south wall is a fire wall between the yoga studio and an adjacent tenant space. Support columns are situated 20'-0" on center between the south and north walls and 22'-0" on center between the east and west walls. The maximum finished ceiling height can be no more than 12'-0". Window placement is at your discretion.

The space must address the following needs:
- Reception: consists of custom reception desk, phone, small printer/copy/fax machine and a computer for data entry/record keeping.
- Retail: provide space for the merchandising of yoga specific items, in addition provide a small refrigeration unit for cold beverages along with seating/tables for 6.
- Storage: provide shelving and cabinets for general supplies. Include a stack style washer/dryer for the cleaning of towels used by the instructors along with a mop/utility sink. Provide additional surface for folding towels and general use. Incorporate 6 lockers for employee's personal items.
- Yoga Rooms: Provide spaces for 3 separate yoga rooms. Incorporate storage for yoga props. Studio A: Class size 20 (including instructor), Studio B: Class size 20 (including instructor), and Studio C: Class size 15 (including instructor)
- Men's and Women's Locker Rooms
- ADA: The space must be ADA compliant.
